Our opinion
The buying view.
EDITORIAL OPINION - BASED ON THE CITED RESEARCH
“The useful comparison range starts at HVS 3, not the 10.64 kWh option mentioned in the supplier's general page. Pricing and availability are by enquiry. The Australian datasheet specifies IP20 even though the CEC record flags outdoor usage, so treat weather exposure as unresolved and require an installation design matching the supplied enclosure.”

Cons and watch-outs
What to check before buying.
These are configuration trade-offs and questions to verify, not claims that the product is defective.
Use the exact HVS 3–7 codes; the smaller advertised two-module configuration was not found in the live CEC list.
The AU datasheet is IP20: do not assume an exposed outdoor installation is suitable from the register's outdoor flag.
Product hardware coverage is two years; ten-year performance coverage has cycle, retention and throughput conditions. Clarify the unusually low published throughput schedule in writing.
Up to five towers are advertised; this comparison covers one tower and does not assume parallel-tower approvals.
Ask for these points to be answered against the exact model numbers and installed configuration in your quote.

Specifications can change by model revision, region and paired hardware. CEC approval is not proof of current availability or suitability. Confirm the model and final design with the manufacturer and an accredited Australian installer.
